the blasted seed search yields hundred of sources <lol>and dozends of varieties...does it matter which one??Cofunsion, they name is Sorcy (wishing for a botanical name.....)

JW... i dont know about preserving the papaya itself BUT... save

those seeds! Let them dry, and grind them in your pepper mill as

needed for a black pepper replacement and an excellent natural

digestive enzyme.

I love using these in the place of black pepper and was amazed at the

taste... they will also aid in your gut problems.

Thanks for the article Robert.  Just want to add that papain, which is effective

in treating cancer is abundantly present in the the dried and specially the

fresh leaves as well as the skin of the green papaya fruit.
