Guest guest
Have any of you used the Bach Flower Essences? Is this protocol similar to Aromatherapy? It is an interesting concept, but I don't know anything about its effectiveness. Guest guest
I've used Bach's Rescue Remedy for many many things over the last six or eight years. It's a wonderful product that is gentle but effective for quelling stress. I use in on my dog when we are expecting house guests, I got my lawyer started on it when he was preparing for a very large case, my kids have used it on the mornings of big/important test at school/college. They certainly do work. Bach's has the longest most studied essences. Renee ---- Have any of you used the Bach Flower Essences? Is this protocol similar to Aromatherapy?
