Bach Flower Essences Part II - The Seven Helpers

These are the Seven Helpers, as categorized per Dr. Edward Bach's

12-7-19 flower essence method. It is said that with the Twelve Healers

and the Seven Helpers, one can support transformation of many

vibrational/emotional states.

Have any of you used the Bach Flower Essences? Is this protocol similar

to Aromatherapy? It is an interesting concept, but I don't know

anything about its effectiveness.

I've used Bach's Rescue Remedy for many many things over the last six or eight years. It's a wonderful product that is gentle but effective for quelling stress. I use in on my dog when we are expecting house guests, I got my lawyer started on it when he was preparing for a very large case, my kids have used it on the mornings of big/important test at school/college. Great Stuff!

I make my own flower essences so don't use Bach's. But all essences are very powerful and yet very subtle and gentle. They certainly do work. Bach's has the longest most studied essences.
