Fit for Life which was a big diet in the 80s works well against inflamation, especially for lupus, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue system. Eating a 70-100% raw diet also works. Ultrametabolism by Mark Hyman is a good program for inflammation as is the Body Ecology Diet and the Fat Resistance Diet.
