Bacterial diseases. Ozone is able to destroy many kinds of bacteria.

It produces peroxides within the body, which destroys the cell

membrane of bacteria but does not affect healthy cells. In addition

ozone can penetrate the cell membrane and alter the DNA of unhealthy

cells. Scientific experiments have shown that E. coli is completely

destroyed after one minute of being exposed to an ozone solution.

Similar experiments have shown similar success with staphylococcus,

streptococci, and mycobacterium tuberculosis. Because strains of

bacteria have recently been shown to be resistant to antibiotics,

ozone therapy may offer an effective alternative.

 

Viral infections. Antibiotics have not proved effective in viral

infections, but ozone therapy has. Some of the diseases caused by

viruses are flu, mumps, measles, polio, AIDS, herpes, and hepatitis.

Ozone inactivates viruses by destroying the receptors around the

virus cell which are use to connect with and infect other cells,

thereby disrupting its reproductive cycle. Ozone can also destroy

the protein coating of the virus cell wall and once inside can

disrupt its DNA.

 

AIDS. In 1986 the Medizone Company in NY verified that ozone

inactivates 97 –100% of the AIDS virus in vitro. Since then many

clinical studies and cases have shown ozone therapy is capable of

bringing HIV positive patients to HIV negative, often within 60 - 90

days. The treatment is remarkably simple. Blood is drawn from the

patient, ozone is introduced to this blood, and then the ozonated

blood is reintroduced into the body. This treatment is done twice a

day to twice a week depending on how severe the disease is. Flooding

the blood with ozone does several things: it oxidizes the virus wall

and destroys it, it adds enough oxygen to the blood so these

viruses, which are anaerobic, cannot live, and it strengthens a

weakened immune system.

 

Hepatitis. The use of ozone therapy for hepatitis has been well

documented. Ozone therapy shortens the healing time from viral

hepatitis and helps prevent the disease from becoming chronic. In

many of the studies there was a success rate of 80%.

 

Candida. Normally living in balance with the intestinal tract,

candida can spread throughout the body when thrown out of balance.

The toxins released by this fungus weaken the immune system,

allowing it to invade other systems of the body, such as the bladder

and respiratory system. Experienced physicians have used ozone to

treat hundreds of patients successfully.

 

Parasites. Studies of the effective use of ozone and hydrogen

peroxide to destroy parasites have been very successful. In a study

of Giadia lamblia, a parasite that can infest the intestinal tract

and cause severe symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, and cramps, patients

were given either ozonated water or ozonated oil. The cure rate was

very successful -- 97.5% for each group.

 

Respiratory illnesses. Ozone air purifiers are a real boost to those

with respiratory weaknesses and to those with environmental

allergies. Research studies have proven that ozone therapy is

successful in treating asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, flu, and

emphysema. Patients with even chronic respiratory conditions

responded to therapy rapidly, often within two or three treatments.
