Guest guest
Robert, Hey, thanks for taking the cudgels for the unknown but truly beneficial moringa oleifera. Moringa O is being researched now in many countries and more and more health benefits are coming out. PubMed had a report from a University of the Philippines studie/research on its anti-cancer activities. A lot of Amino Acids, Minerals, and some vitamins are in the leaves and seeds. You are right, stay away from the roots ... deadly. BTW, in the Philippines we use the seeds for arthritis, rheumatism, and gout pains. Seems to be effective. The leaves fresh, or frozen, or dried are good for erectile dysfunction and for post menopausal women who have become dry. Melly
