But it's a naturally occuring fluoride, and I don't think that there's been any indication that a reasonable daily consumption of green and other tea is anything but beneficial overall. However, we can see one MORE reason not to artificially introduce fluoride into our water supply. Elizabeth, please share anything you come up with here. The stuff in toothpaste is a byproduct of aluminum refinement and atomic bomb manufacture. Now that you've mentioned it, I'll look into it but for now, I'll give green tea the benefit of the doubt.
