On the other hand, not getting into the Hulda Clark thing, one interesting point

in the Cure Library and

a free ebook: Natural Medicine by Dr. Hoover was his point that magnesium

sterate and magnesium

silcate in vitamin supplements are trans fats, which I am going to check out. I

had not thought so much

about that since I thought if I dealt with companies that were the better

companies like Carlson's I

wouldn't have to worry about what was in the vitamins. Just something else to

consider in all the

things that we put into our bodies to remedy and heal. Some of the information

was very useful to

those still trying to get the alkalizing our bodies to optimum level. Happy 4th,
