Guest guest
Really great info,,,,,,thank you Robert Blau. One comment on osteoporosis. Most people erroneously believe that milk is good for bones. It is NOT! Even physicians believe this. It is Dairy Council propaganda and just not true. Nature never meant for humans to ingest cows' milk. Or worse, the defiled version we buy at the supermarket. Also, be careful about calcium supplements, especially the kind from oyster shells. Oyster shells are inedible to us for a reason and grinding them to dust and putting it in a capsule doesn't make it any better for you. Usable calcium is abundant in a correct diet and also weight bearing exercise is helpful in preventing osteoporosis. Kindest regards to all.............Betsy robert-blau wrote: Fish oil again linked to stronger bones Increasing omega-3 fatty acid intake in the diet at the expense of omega-6 fatty acids may boost bone health and reduce the risk of osteoporosis later in life, if a new study in mice can be translated into humans... http://sf1.novisgroup.com/n.php?n=76952 & m=2nie601 & c=xjnyrprhjjanibn
