Since over 95% of ALL approved medications have side effects, maybe

they could just issue an overall warning:

 

Warning: Almost all drugs have side effects, some of which may be

serious or even fatal, and in many instances will lead to the

prescription of still more drugs with more side effects in a never

ending cycle. We have no significant studies on the effects of

multiple drugs, since most or the industry sponsored studies report

only the results of the use of a single drug. However, probable

effects will likely include a lifetime dependency on prescription

medications and declining health.
