Guest guest
Its gotten bad since I became pregnant and I'm not sure what to do. Before I became pregnant just having a water filter on my shower and rinsing with apple cider vinegar cured the problem, now it doesn't work anymore. I've tried using an organic, tea tree shampoo, but its not helping much either. What can I do?
Guest guest
Try leaving cider vinegar on scalp for 10 minutes before rinsing out. massage it into the scalp. Use after shampooing with a shampoo that contains salicylic acid.made for dandruff. cider vinegar from a health food store will be more effective. my family does cider vinegar regularly. it balances the PH of the scalp. peace, thyme
