Guest guest
Hi everyone.. As you probably can tell this has been a super crazy busy time for me.. Had a lovely time in FL with my family.. But before I left and as soon as I hit terra firma I have been going full force trying to get my garden into shape.. Where I live the last day of expected (ie: potential) freeze is May 1rst. I am living in a new space that desperately needs to be cleaned up on top of trying to get my perennials in before May 1rst and getting the veggie garden plot cleaned up so come May 1rst I can plant my tomatoes, squash and other veggies.. I am still checking in with the group daily.. Please feel free to post informative, non-commerical messages and questions are always welcomed.. On this note let me leave you with the thoughts that have occured to me during this meditative time: What keeps your garden of life colorful and beautiful? What brings you cheer? Do you keep anything that perfumes the air around you? Where do you find refuge and repose? What wild exotic do you have growing in your garden? What keeps it exciting and invigorating? What and where is your spice of life? Which fruits/veggies are you planting now? What will nurish and sustain you in the time to come? Are you nurishing and providing for your beneficials? The little helpers that can go unnoticed but bring so much to a garden: the bees, the worms, the birds, and even an occasional spider... What weeds do you have growing in your garden of life? Are there any plants that once were welcomed but now are becoming invasive and overwhelming? Are your boundries in good check to keep your neighbor's weeds from invading your space? Are there any buds you can nip now that will save you exponential hassels and suffering in the future? And as always I encourge an organic gardening approach in life..
