JURISDICTION?

 

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has placed a notice in the

Federal Register that outlines how that agency could bring a number of

Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) products under FDA

jurisdiction. The deadline for comments to the FDA on this document is

April 30.

The FDA statement includes this statement: " In recent years, the

practice of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has increased

in the United States, and we have seen increased confusion as to whether

certain products used in CAM are subject to regulation under the Federal

Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act) or Public Health Service Act (PHS

Act). We have also seen an increase in the number of CAM products

imported into the United States. Therefore, the draft guidance discusses

when a CAM product is subject to the act or the PHS Act. "

The unlawful cartel, "The Pharmaceutical and Medical Industry" through their subsidiary, the Food and Drug Administration, is continuing in their relentless efforts to steal American's right to determine how to care for their own health. This criminal syndicate will not stop trying to corner the market on our lives and our health unless we stop them. These unConstitutional actions can and must be stopped. They can not steal our God-given Rights unless we permit it. Be assured that they will force us all into a state of involuntary servitude if we do nothing. This process of control and tyranny is primarily an administrative process of presumption, based on tacit acceptance through our inaction.

A new FDA "guidance" document, published on the FDA's website, reveals plans to reclassify virtually all vitamins, supplements, herbs and even vegetable juices as FDA-regulated drugs. Massage oils and massage rocks will be classified as "medical devices" and require FDA approval. The document is called Docket No. 2006D-0480. Draft Guidance for Industry on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products and Their Regulation by the Food and Drug Administration.

 

America was founded on the principle, as emphatically stated in "The Declaration of Independence", that there are "certain God-given Rights" that are "unalienable". The term "un-alien-able" simply means, "not able to lien". "Lien" is defined in Black's Law dictionary as, "A legal right or interest that a creditor has in another's property, lasting until a debt or duty that it secures is satisfied." The Organic Laws of this nation, which in part are "The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States of America" are intended to secure these Rights as non-negotiable. Non-negotiable means they are not subject to change. These Rights cannot be changed or taken away by the so-called passing of a "law" or administrative statute. Read the Organic Laws of America

 

The Declaration of Independence clearly and unequivocally states:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

 

It is important to note that these Organic Laws of our Nation are not designed to give us Rights. Our Rights are granted to us by the Creator of the Universe, not by the benevolent actions of greedy and untrustworthy men. They are instruments intended to place shackles on "Government" so that men/women in "government" are prohibited and encumbered in their attempts to steal the God-given Rights of other men/women.

There is nothing more basic to our Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness than our health and our Right to decide how to maintain that health- or to not maintain it if we so choose. If we allow this gang of criminals under the guise of a benevolent agency of our "government", who have purchased undue influence in our "government", to continue getting away with diminishing our Rights by passing more "laws" that essentially places liens (as referenced above) on our "unalienable Rights", then they will continue until we have no Rights left to be taken. We must remember that "Rights given by God" cannot be taken or liened by Man without our permission. I for one, do not give permission to anyone to take, steal or otherwise place a "lien" on any of my Rights that God has given me. That is a non-negotiable fact that we as free men and women must stand on or we will be nothing more than slaves doing the bidding our masters.

If you care about your freedom, call your Congressman, write your Senators, and speak out loudly. Warn your neighbors and friends; sound the alarm! Freedom once lost will be very difficult to regain.
