Hiya Mark -

I can see your reasoning and I respect what you are saying - in fact I

pretty much agree with what you say and I certainly agree with the

importance of keeping our bodies in balance.

I think that our bodies are designed or evolved to have an immune system

that is constantly keeping desease from gaining a foothold and constantly

fighting infections and illness that does appear. Keeping our bodies in

proper balance, including the acidity/alkaline balance allows our immune

sytem to perform at optimum level. In that respect, I agree that obtaining

such a balance is indeed be a first and foremost measure to take - and when

I talk about maintaining and boosting our immune stytems to optimum levels,

I include maintaining proper balance in acidity/alkalinity, in nutrtion,

exercise, etc. Failing to address any of those areas prevents us from

having an optimally functioning immune system.

Tell me more about your group. My own interests and research lie in the

areas of anti-aging and the natural prevention and treatment of illness.
