Rescue Remedy is a Bach Flower combination, readily available for about

$10 at most health food stores. You put a few drops under your tongue

(or in a little water and drink).

 

I don't think the amount of DQ in the multi is that big a deal, and your

present way on the vitamin is probably better. I would try actual DQ

capsule if you're interested.

 

I don't know on the niacin. but the fish oil would be highly

recommended.

RB, what do you mean by 'rescue remedy'?

 

I take a multivitamin that contains 25mg dong quai per caplet. Dailyfor the

blood pressure.

 

Don't eat near bedtime. Try warm milk or a little aloe vera juice near

bedtime. Get some exercise everyday during the day. (Walking is good.)
