RB, what do you mean by 'rescue remedy'?

 

I take a multivitamin that contains 25mg dong

quai per caplet. Daily dose is 2 caplets and I break it up to one in the AM and

one in the

PM. Maybe switching both to evening might help?

 

I'm a bit leery of taking niacin for the BP as I've heard that it can raise

bloodsugar?
