Guest guest Posted April 2, 2007 Report Share Posted April 2, 2007 RB, what do you mean by 'rescue remedy'? I take a multivitamin that contains 25mg dong quai per caplet. Daily dose is 2 caplets and I break it up to one in the AM and one in the PM. Maybe switching both to evening might help?
