My 15 yr old son sometimes just cant get to sleep and at midnight starts to

panic as he knows he is not going be able to wake up in the morning for school.

I used Amethysts stones and he had never had problems since then.

I put one under his mattress at his feet, and two on either side of his pillow

under his head.
