Guest guest Posted April 1, 2007 Report Share Posted April 1, 2007 Try some rescue remedy or and/other homeopathics. Try dong quai or kava or theanine before bedtime. Get yourself some fish oil and maybe niacin for the blood pressure. Don't eat near bedtime. Try warm milk or a little aloe vera juice near bedtime. Get some exercise everyday during the day. (Walking is good.) BUT, I know that isn't healthy and reportedly has affects on insulin resistance, weight gain, etc..
