I'm sorry for taking so long to post my thank you to you all for your

insight into this illness. It's been a little nuts in my life this

past short while.

 

I still haven't been told by anyone what my mom had, but it looks like

it's finally cleared up. She was put on another 10-day supply of

Flagal(sp?), & it seems to have worked this time. She definitly picked

it up while in the hospital after surgery. It was on the news a few

nights ago about a woman around my mom's age who died from a similar

sounding illness -- only 19 days after her husband died the same way!

Apparantly the hospital is being investigated about it all, including

another 7 deaths in similar circumstances.
