Guest guest
It just so happens I am in nursing school and we were just studing this in my book. MRSA= is methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus aureus is a common type of bacteria that can cause illness. Methicillin is a powerful antibiotic drug. MRSA is an antibiotic- resistant infection often acquired in the hospitals and other facilities. MRSA can spread among those having close contact with infected people. It is almost always spread by direct physical contact, not through the air. You can prevent it by practicing good hygiene. Handwashing, using soap and warm water. I hope this will help you out. I hope your mother is feeling better. Kelli Lusk > Does anyone know about the MRSA?
