The Vedic chant is good music for going to sleep- very, very relaxing. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan is good background music during the day- enough stimulation that I don't think most will fall asleep to it.. This video- is very, very unusual. It incorporates throat singing, didgeridoos, Tibetan singing bowls and more.. I seriously doubt I could use it for falling asleep- but it is never the less, incredibly fascinating... And displays many interesting instruments that are believe to be therapeutic in their own way... Other comments? Misty L. Trepke http://health.
