There are recipes available for baking with Stevia but have not tried them since I do very little baking that requires a sweetener. I have one recipe for cornbread that I really like and simply use the xylitol for it now. O, and when you make a post about artificial sweeteners and then talk about stevia in the same breath without clarification, you might want to edit your posts a bit so as not to confuse your readers.
