Guest guest
Oh you are so right. As a multiple pet owner all my life I do disagree. It is a balance on whether the animal will have quality of life after treatment, and the cost. My Newf bloated last April. The surgeon also did a gastropexy. This was $2500 up front. Several months later a friend had her Lab bloat and they were quoted $4000 which they could not afford. So, he was put down which is sad. Denise >I know that pet lovers everywhere will disagree with me but I have noticed >this trend for awhile. Big bucks for doggy day care, vets, and the major >drug companies, who also advertised petmeds on television. I don't have a >dog, as much as I would love to have one, because I can't afford one. I >still believe an animal is an animal and if it is in pain put it to sleep.
