Guest guest
Actually my mother is very active. She goes hiking with me all the time and she goes to the gym often with the membership I bought her for mothers day two years ago. She is very strong, unbelievably so I think, more so than I could ever hope to be and I'm in the Army! I once saw her push a full sized, steel pickup truck up an inclined driveway all by herself. She's like the Hulk. Just a really overweight, constipated Hulk. I don't understand why someone as active and healthy as she is can't loose weight, and I know that the constipation either is, or is pointing to the real culprit. For example, right now she is on a 1200 calorie a day diet and exercising three days a week, plus an occasional hike with me when its nice out. She is 6 feet tall and 260 lbs, not loosing any weight. How can that be? Susan <powitree wrote: Dear Jessica, RE: Constipation issue You say your mom is obese. Is she on any kind of excersize program? Walking and stretching? If she is unable to walk for any distance, begin with stretching excersizes-work her up to walking ten minutes a day... then gradually build up to 30 minutes at least five days a week. Of course, she will need to continue to drink (7-9 glasses of) water everyday, eat plenty of wholesome foods..six small meals a day .. rather the three square meals. Her constipation sounds pretty serious to me... she needs an active plan to rebalance her body. Don't forget fiber and good vitamin supplements! Best wishes, Susan NM ruquaiya tariq <ruquaiyapk wrote: hi zee...!!! u advice to take 3 or 4 bitter gourds juice..or 3/4 of one bitter gourd???? i ve chronic constipation too...so i ll try this too!!! thanks.....
