Guest guest
I had a bleeding Ulcer this past summer, that was aggravated by my constant constipation. I don't do it everyday, but a friend got me started using " Ground FLAX seeds " in cereal, or any food. It takes a few days to get you going, but if you use it regularly it sure works. Flax seed should be used fresh, if possible get a coffee grind and make your own fresh daily. There is something about it being ground and having to use it when fresh. I know it can be purchased preground at the natural food stores too. I hope this will help, it sure did for me. She told me tonight that she hasn't had a bowl movement in five days, and that its pretty normal for her to go a week without having a bowl movement. She says it is very uncomfortable but when she talks to doctors about it they just ignore it and focus on her other health issues (she is obese). I am convinced that the one health issue must have something to do with
