Guest guest
We're lucky here in Ontario (not 100% about the other provinces) that we have free Ontario Health Insurace coverage to a point. We pay out-of-pocket for things like semi & private hospital rooms, hospital room phones, etc, & a few other things. But, don't even get me on the subject of our nurses! Another subject ... way too much power, IMO. Anyway, We haven't always had OHIP. I remember my parents stopping to pay before leaving a doctor's office. Mind you, this was 40 years ago. Of course, there was no talk of flu shots then. We we told that we'd get the flu the first year you have the shot, but I've heard from a few people that get the flu whether they have the shot yearly or not. My aunt had the shot a few years ago when they just started coming out & she, too, was very ill after getting it. She thought she was going to die (had some wierd effects ... but because she was a sober alcoholic it was put down to that. I guess it's possible, but I have an open about these things) Jessika Stone <remindersofthen wrote: Speaking of the flu shot (I get it every year, as is required by my job), it doesn't work to prevent flu anyhow. Everyone knows its not even intended to, its really just the government injecting mind control devices into us. I'm only half joking. Ha ha.
