True, chronocentrism is very prevelant. But does that explain why

people still believe that the FDA is the most strict drug watch

dog. How many people would read that sentence, without the

foreword, in this article and not even bat an eye? How about the

ideal of having pharmaceuticals in charge of the herbs and not

having them in the health food stores. How about why the FDA would

want to know the " active ingredient " or if there are any benefits to

knowing the " active ingredient " How have we come to place so much

trust in people to look after us, and their principles, when upon

further examination they don't seem worthy of it?
