Have you heard that many focus on the family type groups are opposing the idea of mandetory HPV vaccination because they say, get this, the vaccine encourages premarital sex? Has anyone thought to inform these people that HPV is not solely sexually transmitted? The only thing that seems clear to me in all this mess of twisted politics we refer to as a democratic process is that no one cares about the health and well being of Americans, or for that matter, of humanity. Its all about special agendas, profit margins and pushing our morals onto others. I wish people would stop bickering for once and just do what it takes to grow together as a society. As Helen Lovejoy has so accurately put it so many times, " Won't somebody please think of the Children?!?!
