This is a list of the supplements I use now, I see more on your list of things I

need. I only eat salmon, tuna or chicken and eat lots of green vegtables,

berries, soy milk, flax plus cereal etc. You have done TONS of research, I am

printing this one out for my notebook! I really appreciate your help. Marsh

Riboflavin (B²) 1.7 mg 100%
