Guest guest
Hi everyone, I really don't know all the protocols of belonging to groups yet. I only recently found out about them and the information I can receive from them. I am the single mother of 3 grown sons and have 7 grandchildren. I have totally loved raising my boys and I love the work I do, so usually I am very happy! In December 2005, after about a year and a half of being ill, I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage III. I started Chemo immediately in December and continued until July 2006. At my last checkup the doc found 3 small spots, and told me what the next round of chemo would be like. I got angry, this is crap, they kill most of me off and do stem cell transplants. I think like most cancer patients I really got into nutrition and supplements. I've done a ton of researching on the web and in books. I found out how nutrition can help your body heal itself and I will tell you what! I am feeling very proactive in my own recovery now. So my next CT scan is next month, they didn't do anything about the spots because they were so small and deep they were unsure as to what they were. In my mind they are gone now. I am very interested in finding out new ways to help my body and help my loved ones. It is amazing, but they are all pursuing much more healthy lifestyles so maybe my disease will help my family. I hope to find new friends and help support one another. Marsha.
