Hi Debbie,

I'm kinda new too. I have Hep C, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and just

finished surgery for a malignant melanoma, which I am recovering from.

Welcome to the list.

Can you say, briefly, and in very general terms, what the " Protein

Power " /M.R.Eades diet consists of?

thanks

Cut out sugars and grain products, balance oils.

It's very well presented with good science for backup.

You might as well start reading Atkins also. Beside his low carb diet, he writes

a lot about alternate medicine approaches. I enjoy his books even though he's a

real MD cardiologist.

Controversial people!

Maybe they need to be cleansed. And some stones don't like to be with certain

others. YOu can separate them and see what happens, maybe bury them in the Earth

for a while to see how that transmutes their energy...

Hi Annie,

My name is Annie too.

Some crystals can be too strong for certain people even when they are

cleared. My daughter is supersensitive to Lemurian Seed Crystals and

Some Laser Wands. I just put them in drawers and boxes and they go

to " sleep " until activated.

Try sitting with your crystals one by one for a few minutes and ask

them to tone it down until you are used to them. They may be so

excited

to be with you that they are all trying to get your attention. Once

they get the attention they may calm down until needed.

I agree that you may need to asked for them to tone it down. They may be

more expansive for you and this could easily cause the headaches.

Also, I hate to bring this up...but I have also seen this when there are

things that need to be dealt with within the relationship. Stone are very

good at bringing these to the surface.

Just I thought...I may not apply to you.

I am new to the group and I just wanted to say hi to everyone and I know I will enjoy being here. I have a quick question if anyone could be so kind to share any information. Being summer, my son has been outside and playing quite a bit, and this morning I noticed him scratching his head, and found a louse. Now, many years ago was he was small, he had a similar problem, but I have become much more educated on health since that time, and do not wish to poison my child with pesticides that are normally sold for the riddance of head lice. Is there any natural remedy that anyone knows that is effective? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you so much for your time.JOY with every heartbeat

Hi Kel and all,

I understand what you are going thru with an extra

person in your home. I've had a young lady from

Florida living with us for about 3 years. She works

and helps with the rent and bills. But my house is way

too small for even my family.

After the cancer, no one wanted to rent to me because

I was a liability. First because I hadn't worked for

so long and second, because I wasn't supposed to

survive to begin with! So when this guy told me he

would rent me this little tiny house (I call it a

glorified shed!) I took it. Now I'm trying to get out

of here into something bigger.

There are a couple of good websites where you can get

gluten free recipes: www.celiac.com has some good

bread recipes. There is also a gluten free recipe book

you can download with lots of recipes of all kinds

(not just bread). You can download it at:

www.glutenfree.com. In fact, I just posted several

good gluten free bread recipes on the Cancer Survivors

On Line II site. I hope maybe this info will help you

stick to your healthy eating thru your financial

struggles, Kel.

Blessings, Renee

Came across your little group mentioned on one of the other lists, and

thought I would take the liberty of bringing my wit and wisdom to it.

Also, I have been recommendng it to others, and at least one other

person has joined as a result. Following are a couple of items that

" came across my desk " today.

Best,

RB
