The thing is, you will remain healthy IF you treat your body in a combination of natural AND unnatural ways. You SHOULD do stuff to your body that isn't natural. Such as... * Shampoo your hair. * Eat a large variety of fruit, vegetables and pulses. * Brush your teeth. * Eat modern fruit such as apples, which bear some resemblance to the " natural " apples before humans started cultivating them. * Wear warm clothing in winter. None of those is natural! But then there are unnatural things you should avoid. Such as crisps, coffee, and car exhaust. And natural things you should avoid. Such as alcohol, rotting meat, fleas and lice. It's a matter of choosing wisely. If you do bad stuff to your body (natural or unnatural), it weakens it, and makes you more susceptible to flu or other illness. In that case, your body may appreciate the help it gets through unnatural flu shots. I think the way to approach flu shots is to weigh up the chances. Are you more likely to fall dangerously ill through flu, or more likely to fall dangerously ill through the vaccination? The answer probably depends on a number of factors, such as your general health, the way you treat your body, your fitness level, your mental health, whether you do daily energy drills, your environment, and so on. Guest guest
Paddy, Just remember what may be right for you might be wrong for me. I'll energy test. I'll make my choices. I think you have a lot of filters driving your answers -- some of which could be incorrect for some people. Guest guest
" All illnesses really start as thought forms. " - John Diamond, MD We need not only to attack disease, but we have to stimulate healing. ONLY YOU CAN HEAL YOURSELF Real healing, peace of mind, comes from within. Medicine calls it PSYCHO-NEURO-IMMUNOLGY. It has to do with not only what we think, but also how we see our world. See what Jon Mundy says in his book, Awaken to Your Own Call. He draws from A Course in Miracles: " Peace of mind occurs when we drop our concern for getting, drop the need to be right, and concentrate on giving. Only then do we truly receive. Inner peace can be achieved only when we have forgiven. Forgiveness is the vehicle for changing our perception and letting go of our fears, condemnations, judgments, and grievances. . . " We could stop right here and let the healing begin were it not for the nagging fears the ego part of us brings up. " If you want to see the brave, look at those who can forgive. If you want to see the heroic, look at those who can love in return for hatred. " - Bhagavad-Gita quoted in Legacy of the Heart by Wayne Muller. When we let go of judging others, a certain feeling of forgiveness takes over the fear we have within that initiated the need to condemn. Would you rather be 'right' or healthy? Rarely do doctors heal patients. Healing, peace of mind and health come from within. o Suggestion: Read Disappearance of The Universe by Gary Renard. Bev put it on tape, and we listened to it over 10 times. Every time we listened to a small portion of it, we got new insights! - - > Reply with your name and street or po box address for your free copy of The Holistic Dental Digest PLUS, now in its 27th year and helping people on 5 continents. --What dentists aren't likely to learn in Dental School
