[ThinkProgress] Bush Admits Iraq Had Nothing To Do With 9/11- Video

So if there were no weapons of mass destruction, if there was no

9/11 connection- why did we invade a country that had not previously

provoked us? Though it is true Bush never said Saddam " ordered "

9/11- the connection was repeated over and over and over.. Now Bush

himself admits there was no connection, so what he said before MUST

have been lies and deception- or fancy legal speak like Clinton when

he said, " It depends on what the definition of is is. " So what

about all the Iraqis that have been killed, all of our soliders that

have died or been maimed for life? Why?

 

Maybe (a gigantic maybe) we can say that the past is water under the

bridge- but today the question becomes why are we STILL in Iraq now?
