Guest guest Posted August 21, 2006 Report Share Posted August 21, 2006 Not mentioned in the article is the fact that the body cannot absorb vitamin D from the sun through sunscreen, as well as the fact that you need omega 3 to help you absorb vitamin D. I believe too little omega 3 begins the slippery slide into loss of control of calcium in the body, which can bring about a lot of problems, one being fibromyalgia.
