There are two kinds of sun products. Sunsceens are chemical that absorb the

sunlight and prevent it fromburning the skin. There are four chemicals being

used as sunsvreens in the US. Three have already been banned in Europe as

being carinagenic and they all are estrogenic. The problem is that when they

absorv the sunlight they breakdown and release free radicals. Even though we

are

repeatedly told to slather our bodies with sunscreen to avoid sunburn the

truth is that when a country introduces sunscreens the skin cancer rate goes up

not down. Also studies that campared postal workers who were out doing a route

to those in the office found that the office woekers had mor skin cancers The

same type of sustistic occurred when they compared midshiipment to those who

were constantly on deck, the group with the most sun expsure actually had

lesss skin cancers
