Guest guest
Hi Denise, gall stones can be relieved by doing a liver flush. check doc's file for his liver flush recipes, it's in the files folder, doc shillington's recipes, called 'Cleansing and Detoxification for Liver & Gallbladder'. My partner is a chiropractor who uses the liver flush recipe by Hulda Clark. You can find that one on my site www.mypath.net/liver.html. He uses it in his practice constantly, has done it himself about 30 times (over 5 years) and I have done it myself 8 times. Another resource is Walt Stoll's site. the address is http://bcn.net/~stoll/. His message board is great, and you can search the archives for the many posts on the gallbladder liver flush experiences. In my experience it's best to consult with a professional who has experience using the flush in practice. Good luck to your friend! thessa herbal remedies, " Denise O'Connor " <RNMSW@b...> wrote: > It seems to me that recently someone posted information on passing gall > stones. > I have a friend who definitely has gallstones. Guest guest
I haven't had these personally, but an infusion of cornsilk is said to help break up and/or pass any kind of stones. Just brew up a quart (use about 1/2 cup dried corn silk and pour 1 qt boiling water over it. Cover and steep 15 minutes) and drink from it all day long. Guest guest
Penny, This fellow works hard to have good health. Since I am an RN, he asked for my thoughts. In addition, he is open non-allopathic treatments. Denise
Guest guest
Sure, the body will adjust without the gallbladder but without having a place to store bile, and use it in quantities when needed for the breakdown of fat in the food, a person may experience difficulty digesting fats in foods. Do you need to have it removed if starting to experience pain? Like your friend says, God put it there it must be there for a good reason. If you can keep the doctors with scalpels away from it, the better, IMO. Most people develop stones as a result of low sodium and dehydration. When blood levels of sodium go low, sodium is taken from the gallbladder to keep blood levels up. Sodium is a major part of bile, stored in the gallbladder. (NOTE: sodium from natural food sources, not table salt.) When sodium is removed, water follows the sodium, the cholesterol becomes thicker and stones develop. The article at http://www.xmission.com/~total/temple/Soapbox/Articles/sodium.html will provide more food sources for sodium. Also, magnesium foods and adaquate water intake will help. If she is just experiencing occasional pain related to the gallbladder she should be able to reverse the symptoms with diet. Avoid fatty foods for a while and anything that may cause dehydration in the body. All the best, Jim Gettingwell , " Lisa Provolt " <chkwoods@e...> wrote: > HI. I have a question. Is it always neccesary to get the gallbladder removed? Why shouldnt you? My friend is about 39.No stones but attacks of pain. The docs want to take it. Guest guest
Gall bladder stones can be flushed out by olive oil preceded by a fast and epsom salts. I have done so and it works like a charm. A search on Google using the keywords; magnesium, olive oil, gall, stones, and bladder will produce several procedure articles. The stones will be tan or green colored blobs in the toilet. Guest guest
I am glad you decided to refuse the surgery. Removal of the gallbladder can lead to numerous problems including chronic diarrhea, and a greatly increased risk of colon cancer. I also think you need to get a better idea of what the doctor is talking about. Saying it is shut down does not tell you anything. When the gallbladder is removed the bile normally secreted in small amounts, to help with fat absorption, is instead dumped in to the intestines. The problem is that bile is very caustic and in high levels like this actually burns the colon wall. This leads to the diarrhea and increased cancer risk. As far as the olive oil, lemon juice and apple juice combination, this is very controversial. The claim is that this combination cleanses gallstones from the gallbladder. Though many scientists state that what is actually being passed as " stones " are saponified olive oil formed by chemical reaction in the body. There is also concern that if stones are present that the olive oil, which can cause gallbladder contractions, can lodge a stone in the bile ducts. This can be extremely dangerous. For this reason I recommend dissolving stones if present, rather than trying to pass them. Digestive bitters are a simple way to do this. The stones are most often nothing more than precipitated cholesterol. When the bile reaches its saturation point the excess cholesterol precipitates out forming the stones. Bitters increase bile levels, thus increases the amount of cholesterol dissolved. I also recommend lecithin granules and fiber. Lecithin is a fat emulsifier, and component of bile, and helps to keep the cholesterol in solution. Fiber aids in bile formation. A far as cancer goes, there are various causes such as viruses (most common cause), bacteria, fungi, parasites (very rare), radiation, and chemical induced. I do not believe that cancers are hereditary. Cancer viruses were first discovered in 1910. It has since been shown that these are the most common causes of cancer. This includes the so called hereditary cancers. There was an interesting article back a while ago in Scientific American on oncogenes (genes that cause cancer). One of the things they pointed out was that every single oncogene that had been found to date was viral!!! They had never found even one single human oncogene. So the researchers were being rather misleading by claiming that they found the gene that caused a particular cancer without mentioning whether the gene was human or microbial. There are quite a few things that can be done to reduce the risk of cancer such as antimicrobials like chaparral, pau d' arco, and andrographis. And anti-inflammatories, especially turmeric, which inhibits cancer through various mechanisms. herbal remedies , <katz650@b...> wrote: > > I have refused surgery, I am going to the specialist to see what or if anything else is wrong. I have been constipated for 3 days, and this morning I felt a need to go, just mucus. I know grose, but I am guessing this is all related. I went to the health food store and bought a gallbladder support, I was reading that I needed to drink 100% apple juice for 3 days and take the juice of a lemon in warm water with a tsp of olive oil. I hope this works. I am drinking lots of water. I can not eat, I feel sick if I do. Raw veges? How do you get to the DOC, and get this info. Also I have had a problem with tumors or growths, first my throat it is gone. Now I do have 3 on my gallbladder as well. Cancer runs in the family, Can I take something as a preventative for this? I want to take care of this as natural as possible, so all the advice and help I can get will benefit. Guest guest
Again, this where "Experience" shows what is true, what is just abitrary opinion, and what is false. Where some of the advice and information below may have some truth to it, the remaining 98% of the data below is false. I have personally done hundreds of these kinds of Liver / Gallbladder flushes on patients and recommended them and supervised them to thousands more with nary one true emergency. True, you can get awful uncomfortable when passing a Gall Stone, but I've NEVER heard of one getting stuck (permanently) when coming out. NEVER! I don't know how to say it any plainer than that. The body has its own defense mechanisms and when one of these stones gets stuck (even if only temporarily), the body WILL handle it. I've seen this too many times and to not know it as anything but fact. Yeah, you can go through some pain, yeah you can be uncomfortable and go through a little hell, but you WILL come through the other side. I've never seen it otherwise after over a decade of doing and supervising these cleanses. You'll notice that Hveragerthi does NOT say where his "claims" come from nor back up his statements with experience or even anecdotal evidence. He is great at inferring "scientific evidence", but I'd rather listen to some old Granny with 40 grandchildren who's had to spoon feed them through an illness than his arbitrary, inferred, and pretended scientific knowledge. Science, like Mathematics and Statistics can be made to prove the outcome of he who pays for the research. Pharmaceutical Companies demonstrate that point with the FDA on a daily basis. I once heard that 78.356% of all statistics were made up on the spot. :-) LOL Love, Doc PS. In case I'm not being clear enough, Hveragerthi's post below is just plain, simple horse shit.
