Thirty years ago research showed that just giving enemas to people with UC or IBS, with the results of enemas given to normal people, gave positive results in the vast majority treated thus. In MY opinion, this was not picked up by the profession because it was emotionally repugnant to these " professionals " and did not produce sufficient income to get them past that emotional reaction. We are still in the " dark ages " of the practice of Disease-Care medicine!
