This is what I have for lunch the past 6 weeks. I guess I am 1/2 or partial vegatariun now-. I still eat meat but reduce it down. Over process foods rob us..and I feel lead to more meds needed. Thanks! ========================================================== Here is a version of Rogers salad. Always use fresh ingredients. Cut to your liking and use what you like. This goes best with fresh water. After a while of eating this way- you will notice a cleaner colon, better digestion, and no craving for processed foods. For me this works. If it seems costly or time consuming- consider what a pill costs- and there you go.
