My yearly OB appt with not so good news

I had my yearly OB appt this morning. We went over my crazy period and he was a

little shocked at the amount of blood I loose. We also talked about my ovarian

and uterine pain that I deal with all the time. I have cyst pretty much all the

time on my ovaries. He said going on a BCP could help cut down the pain and keep

the cysts away which it did for the most part when I was younger but even then I

had a few complicated ones pop up here and there.

As for pap results if I don't hear anything then it's good news if they call

then it's something bad.

He also did a breast exam like he always does and felt a lump in my right

breast. I have to watch it until after my next period. If it is still there then

we'll have to do an u/s and possibly a biopsy. He told me not to get to freaked

cause it could just be a cyst.

I do self breast exams but never noticed anything and this is the first the doc

has as well. I also don't know exactly what it is I'm feeling when doing an

exam. I always feel my glands and can't differentiate the difference. He had me

feel it so I know where it is but still not sure if I'm feeling it right.

So with all that and really not wanting to go on Birth control pills I was doing

some research on natural alternatives and came across a Natural Progesterone

Cream

http://www.discoveradifference.com/femcreme.asp .I just don't know which way to

go. My periods are soooo heavy and painful. I don't want another surgery and I

don't want to do BCP. Is there any advice or guidance you all could give me.

Thanks!

Stephanie
