Guest guest
To me that sounds like issues with mineral deficiencies, in particular calcium, potassium and magnesium. One little trick that may help with the aching and cramping feeling would be to localize the areas of pain with your hand (moving it around the painful areas - or you can have someone else localize the areas for you) while rubbing your calcium and potassium points - which are one inch to the right and left, respectively of the clavicular notch ( " hole " in the middle of the front your collar bone, where the breast bone connects to it)for a minute or two. Basically, by doing that what you're doing is you're telling your body to concentrate and send potassium and calcium to the areas that you are touching (where the pains are). You may also want to increase your sun exposure (so you absorb more vitamin D, so you can utilize calcium better), increase your water intake, and make sure you are eating plenty of raw green leafy vegetables (the deeper the green the better). Guest guest
Check on the emotion that is holding you to this pain. . . . Try going to a chiropractor and have your lower back examined, have your healer check your hormone levels and for fibroids. With the spirit of your body and the natural doctor, you should do well. . good luck !
