Guest guest
Just recently I had a cold sore on my lower lip, in years past when I would get one, it would last well over a month before it was gone, I have discovered Oil of oregano..........I simply put a few dabs on the cold sore, some stinging.........AND viola........four days later and it was gone.........that is unbelivable...after the first application I continued applying about every twelve hours, after the first application a scab formed within hours.... I'm inspired. Love always Pazpacita Check out Shopping and Auctions for all of your unique holiday gifts! Buy at or bid at http://auctions. Guest guest
Oregano does seem to have some antiviral activity. It has been suggested as a possible defense against biochemical warfare. Guest guest
Michael, As I was reading your post when a reaction came upon me of rubbing my tongue on my lips where the cold sore was and it brings back memories ...in the past I would get these cold sores usually once a year and they would be hell....Usually would take a month and sometimes even longer, I could not get a scab to form for about two weeks and then would have to be very careful, but while this was going on I would always be rubbing my lips with my tongue, just as I was just doing, just an old habit.. I still am amazed about this oil Paz --- Michael Riversong <rivedu wrote: > Oregano does seem to have some antiviral activity. > It has been suggested as > a possible defense against biochemical warfare. > > At 09:04 PM 12/14/01 -0800, you wrote: > >Just recently I had a cold sore on my lower lip, in > >years past when I would get one, it would last well > >over a month before it was gone, I have discovered > Oil > >of oregano..........I simply put a few dabs on the > >cold sore, some stinging.........AND > viola........four > >days later and it was gone.........that is > >unbelivable...after the first application I > continued > >applying about every twelve hours, after the first > >application a scab formed within hours.... > > > >I'm inspired. > > > >Love always > >Pazpacita > > > -- Michael Riversong ** > Professional Harpist, Educator, and Writer ** > RivEdu ** Phone: (307)635-0900 FAX > (413)691-0399 > http://home.earthlink.net/~mriversong > > Check out Shopping and Auctions for all of your unique holiday gifts!
