I was exposed to miltiple natural cures and information..Rec'd accupuncture for 3 years, NAET for allergies, am taking a handfull of well researched vitamins a day...All to discover these also may be taken away from us... I also take coq 10.. used to buy it direct from distributor in New Jersey..Spoke to them yesterday and they cannot ship their product to Canada as such...Theirs is one of the only 2 that really work.....It kept my dearly departed, suffering from heart failure, going much longer than his MD's expected..He finally died in my arms last August..Peacefully.. All this to say I read all the natural links I can, I practice meditation as much as possible...Have quit smoking 3 yers ago, went through menopause and gained 45 lbs..But I am still here and only take my inhaler for asthma...(The air quality here is terrible.)..Wish I could find a permanent cure for that.(Asthma).. I hope I will be able to learn and grow with the group and maybe help also. All sugestions are more than welcome and I thank you for allowing me in your group.
