Guest guest Posted June 17, 2005 Report Share Posted June 17, 2005 The only sugar that is acceptable, IMHO, is RAW (UNREFINED). If it does not say either on the package it is processed. I personally prefer Raw (unpasturized and unfiltered) Honey. There are also some good NATURAL DATE sugars. With all these sweetners you need to be aware that they are simple carbohydrates and need to be minimized.
