Connecting the dots will help you understand that your problems come

the same place as all the other people's problems. Unite before it

is too late.

 

Within future reports, I am going to try and explain what we have

today, a government de facto, and compare that with what we once had

in the beginning, which was a `Common Law' `Republican form of

government'! And how it connects to the " US Ponzi Pyramid economy " :

Interesting developments in the markets.... The nation's largest

mortgage player Fannie Mae (FNM) is now circling the drain. Over the

last 6 months FNM has dropped over 31%. That's a $23 Billion dollar

LOSS. "

 

In this report I am going to try and explain why `We the People and

our elected and appointed officials have all be duped. I also want

to provide you with enough information that you will want to take

some action even if it just to start learning because if you don't

learn then you are going to be in a world of hurt sooner or later! I

believe I can prove what is happening by connecting the dots then

you will know that it is up to you!

 

In the beginning we the People, the sovereigns without subjects were

at the top of the pyramid and our elected and appointed officials

were in charge of running our country. Today the people in control

of the money supply are at the top and are destroying our country.

understand that " HE WHO HAS THE GOLD MAKES THE RULES " which is a

very 'old adage' and in the 8th paragraph within the article states:

 

" As we read from Carroll Quigley's book, we will see that the world

financial infrastructure before 1910 had to be changed from a (gold)

system of accountability where the amount of money a country had in

circulation had to line up with the amount of gold in their coffers

in order to maintain a stable currency, to a NEW paper system of no

accountability so that the central bank could print paper money

without any accountability such as is found in " balancing the

books. " In this present system, the imbalance is seen in the value

of a country's currency which fluctuates according to the over-

supply of paper money and trade deficits. "

Being able to fully understand our money problem will take a lot of

studying but the point is that the " NEW paper system of no

accountability " is the real problem! The " Central Bank " and not the

People's lawful government are providing the Money we use today.

There you have it! You or our government are no longer in control of

the value of money and that affects the cost of everything we

purchases. In later reports I will explain how they increase the

price of the items we need to survive while decreasing the price of

what we produce with our labor, which is causing the loss of jobs in

America. And my conclusion is the loss of control of our money will

soon cause us to be treated by the other countries as a `Third World

Country'!

 

In later reports I will provide documents that leads me to believe

that the Founding Fathers created our government with 'The Golden

Rule' in mind! Common Law is based on this Rule and that is why our

Founding Fathers adopted `Common Law' as our law! Read the last

document will show you that Common Law is for the People while Civil

Law is the law used by Governments of the world to control their

subjects. I will provide more on this subject in later reports.

I have come to believe that the American economy has reached a

critical cross over point and there are deeper structural economic

problems yet to come, which most are not aware of what is causing

most of us to not have the time to learn what happened because we

have to take most of our time to make a living!

 

How can we be reinspired to resume our work?

 

By understanding that it is up to us!

 

Why do we have a failing moral standard?

 

One of the reasons is that `God is being taking out of our life by

the `de facto government'. Our government was created under `God'.

To know this all you have to do is look at the money that was coined

with `In God We trust'.

 

Why are most of the People all going broke?

 

Why do the People that have jobs resent the people that don't have

jobs?

 

To understand these points is to know that it is up to us! The

following is so important that I have included it twice in this

report:

can take the money from one class and give it to another, all the

I really believe that most people know something has gone wrong and

we are just too busy going broke to understand that it is not about

having or not having a job because we are all going broke. Yes we

are all going broke even the people that have a lot of money have

less purchasing power. We are all fools if we just stand by and let

this continue!

 

We have all been brain washed to believe that we have more money

then our parents and that makes us believe that we are richer but

that is just not true because of inflation! Today we require more

money to buy that same loaf of bread our parents bought for 25

cents. The first McDonald's hamburger cost 15 cents just over 40

years ago. Come on people! This is getting out of control! Look at

what you are paying for property taxes on your home verses just a

few years ago! If not now, when will you have the time to learn

about the problem so we can unite to correct it?

 

The only reason I am writing this report is that I always continue

to ask questions when things didn't sound right! I have connected

enough dots to know that all Americans are going broke and don't

know it! Therefore after you read this report, please ask questions

because I will not be able to explain everything within this first

report.

 

We are all in need of understanding who really caused this all to

happen!

 

I hope and pray that everyone reading this report will join me in

asking questions because until we understand the problem nothing

will ever change!

 

Our problem is not just about the money and inflation. There is much

more to our problems and can only be explained as a `Conspiracy'! I

am talking about a whole lot of evidences, dots that a whole lot of

people have uncovered in several areas of our government and

therefore you will learn that `We the People' are no longer in power!

the life of a king; a conspiracy against the government. "

 

In 1828 it took less then an inch of print while by 1865 in the

dictionary titled, " LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OF THE

SEVERAL STATES OF THE AMERICAN UNION " found here:

a page. There must have been a lot of Conspiracy going on even back

then and in part states the following:

 

" 4. In order to reader the offence complete, there is no occasion

that any act should be done in pursuance of the unlawful agreement

defrauded or injured by it. The conspiracy is the gist of the crane.

2 Mass. R. 337; Id. 538 6 Mass. R. 74; 3 S. & R. 220 4 Wend. R. 259;

Halst. R. 293 2 Stew. Rep. 360; 5 Harr. & John. 317 8 S. & R. 420.

But see 10 Verm. 353. "

 

On page 310 in the sixth edition of Black's Law Dictionary it

defines " Chain conspiracy'!

 

When you connect the dots you will learn that it is not just a

simple conspiracy, but a chain of conspiracies. Black's sixth

edition states:

 

" Chain conspiracy. Such conspiracy is characterized by different

activities carried on with same subject of conspiracy in a chain-

like manner that each conspirator in chain-like manner performs a

separate function which serves in the accomplishment of the overall

conspiracy. "

 

Wasn't that a mouth full? After reading this and doing some research

I have concluded that we have had people working within several

chains that didn't even know that they were involved in a conspiracy

against our lawful government. And in my opinion the people that are

still involved in the conspiracy today don't know the truth.

 

Why don't they know? Because it took place over a hundred years

wherein the people that planned the conspiracy also controls the

media and the media press. These same people also control the state

run schools as well as the entire financial and banking industries!

There are many out there that know and understand one chain of event

but what we have are many chains of events that all have one overall

goal and that is a `One World Government'. The one world people tell

us that this is a good thing! They tell us that the One World

Government will allow no more world wars, and thus will have only

peace on earth but after connecting the dots you will learn that is

not really their goal!

 

The first step is to get all the people to learn the whole truth! We

have to connect the dots (Know history) so everyone can see by

considering who is involved in the chain of events that there just

has to be a conspiracy to destroy our `Republican Form of

Government'! In my opinion we no longer have a lawful government

because the elected and appointed officials are no longer operating

under the Lawful Constitution and that is what makes it a `de facto

government'! Most of the people don't even know it!

 

In future reports I will provide the research in their own words

that will prove some of what I just wrote. In future reports I will

list all the chains of the Conspiracy to destroy our government.

 

Have you ever read the Black's Law Dictionary and I bet most

attorneys have not read the following!

 

Black's Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition page 697 states:

 

" Government de facto. A government of fact. A government actually

exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful

government; a government not established according to the

constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition

or supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the

government de jure. A government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful

or unjust, which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual

obedience from the bulk of the community.

There are several degrees of what is called " de facto government. "

Such a government, in its highest degree, assumes a character very

closely resembling that of a lawful government. This is when the

usurping government expels the regular authorities from their

customary seats and functions, and establishes itself in their

place, and so becomes the actual government of a country. The

distinguishing characteristic of such a government is that adherents

to it in war against the government de jure do not incur the

penalties of treason; and, under certain limitations, obligations

assumed by it in behalf of the country or otherwise will, in

general, be respected by the government de jure when restored. Such

a government might be more aptly denominated a " government of

paramount force, " being maintained by active military power against

the rightful authority of an established and lawful government; and

obeyed in civil matters by private citizens. They are usually

administered directly by military authority, but they may be

administered, also, by civil authority, supported more or less by

military force. Thorington v. Smith, 75 U.S. (8 Wall.) 1, 19 L.Ed.

361. "

 

One article that I have found is titled `How Tyranny Came to

America' and the web page address is

does not tell the whole story it does give everyone a good start in

understanding the chain of events that has happened so far. I say

so far because in my opinion there is more to come! No one is going

to like it and that is the reason I am writing this report.

 

We have been told that " HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF " and that is the

problem we have. The people are under the control of the `de facto

government', which is simply not the `Lawful Government' but acting

as it is as defined in Black's Law Dictionary. Until enough people,

including the appointed and elected officials, understand this fact

and are able to connect the dots of the overall chain of the

conspiracy then nothing will ever change!

 

We have to understand the problem before we can fix it!

 

In one of the articles I found on HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF it tells

the following, " Ireland's Lord Justice Pelham imposed a reign of

terror and struck at the homes, herds, and crops of the Irish,

granting pardon to those who would help the Crown in the hope that

self-preservation would turn the Irish against each other. " The

point here is in history the only reason why most of the rulers were

able to win was to turn the people again one another while pardoning

others to help conquer all the people including the ones they

pardoned. The same thing happened in our `Civil War' as reported in

the Sobran's article posted earlier in this report and in my opinion

is still happening today. All of us that have been divided need to

unite and that means that you have to get out there and learn the

truth. Then you have to share it with all your loved ones before it

is too late to do anything to save our country.

 

Without a country we are nothing, homeless and penniless!

" Disinformation is a large part of its covert action responsibility,

and the American people are the primary target of its lies. " This

quote is only one of the dots that I have researched and connected.

The more dots you understand and place on a sheet of paper and are

able to draw a line from one dot to another, the more you will

understand. Also you will learn to tell who is lying to you! Knowing

about the money problem we have and being able to follow the money

trail will be a good thing for you to do! The money chain of the

conspiracy will lead you to who is doing it to all of us and where

these lines cross will show you what we have to do to save ourselves.

 

Follow the Money!

 

No one else is going to do it for you - not even me! What you have

to do is learn the truth and help others learn it or no mater what

we do, we will never win this game by ourselves.

 

To urge such a reexamination is not to be " anti-American " . It might

be anti-Empire, as part of the positive and healthy goal of a

Constitutional Common Law Republic and therefore is not an action of

SEDITION, because it is not a revolt against a legitimate authority -

l. 3, § 1

Dan Meador refers to the `nonconstitutional scheme' which is simply

the de facto government doing what they believe to be a lawful

delegated agreement between the several union states:

Cooperative Federalism, sometimes identified simply as Federalism.

The nonconstitutional scheme presumes that each of the several

States is an instrumentality of the United States on a par with

prohibitions and mandates, and (2) subject only to constitutionally-

enumerated powers of the United States. "

Are you afraid? If you learn the truth you would be afraid of not

doing anything!

 

If we do nothing maybe a worse fate may happen! I believe that

everything that has happened in history can only be corrected if we

all unite. This one at a time thing most people are doing is not

working. We have to teach others and unite or all will be lost!

 

It is better to have tried and failed then to have not tried at all.

We must do it right and the first step is to get enough people that

knows the truth and are able to put their difference behind them for

the greater cause.

 

The greater cause is getting back our `Republican Form of

Government', which is guaranteed within the Constitution to the

People, the sovereigns without subjects that created this once great

country!
