HELP Athlete's Foot has spread all over-any cure?

Recently I've contracted itchy rashes which I truly believe I

contracted from my God daughter who has athlete's foot (who happened to

be hugging all over me one day), only the rash has spread all over my

body now. I've been treating it with foot itch creams, and pro-biotics

and don't really know what to do otherwise. And none of if it seems to

be working and it's been a week. I've heard that this could be an

incurable condition. Does anyone have any advice? My boyfriend has

begun to have symptoms too.
