Guest guest
>first of all don't dismiss your doctor that fast, I didn't. I brought her to see the doctor on Wednesday and he checked her lungs out. He said all sounded clear and she probably has a croupy thing going on. He's seen a lot of that this winter. The thing that concerned him or actually stumped him was the fact her coughing and fever etc was so different from my other kids. The others started off with a fever and got the slight runny nose than the cough that was all throaty/post nasal drip cough. Where as Briana went straight for the deep chesty/croup cough and then ran a fever 3 days later. Anyways there was nothing more that needed to be done and he said to continue what I was doing. >Now I'd like to know if the cough ends with kind of whistle? No the cough didn't have a whistle to it. Just very deep in her chest. She has gotten a lot better and I have been continuing with my treatment that I was doing. She has actually started sleeping again at night and only coughs a few times a day. It's still deep in her chest but she's not coughing constantly anymore. Yeah for the euc, thyme, honey, and cinnamon!!! Thanks a bunch everyone! Stephanie
