The person affected should be drinking thre quarts of

water a day. Not coffee, milk, sodas, commerical teas

or juices. For every ounce of these teas, milk,

coffee, juices or sodas that are drunk, an additional

two ounces have to be drunk as the body removes that

much water during the processing to use those fluids.

Unfortunately Americans tend to treat any fluid as

water. It is not and it takes work for the body to

remove the chemicals etc from the water so it can be

used. You know I never saw ANYONE in my family drink

a glass of water? I had to teach myself to drink

water, and my daughter too. NONE of my sisters,

brothers, kids, or my cousins are water drinkers.

I would strongly suggest that you get a second hand

copy Dr. Batmanghelidj's " Your Bodies Many Cries for

Water " so you are up on the subject. It's not just

hair and skin that benefit, but proper hydration can

lower blood pressure and high cholestrol as well as

heal many cases of diabetes, anginas and arthritis,

and virtually all asthma, allergies and more.
