When we spoke yesterday you said the night before was the worst- is she better today or was last night even worse than before? If unfortunately so- what were the symptoms and all the details around them- you know the drill- what made them better, what made them worse- was there pus, did it itch, what was the timing like, etc.... It's like hives where the skin gets red then there is a white welt in the middle. She's been breaking out with this hive like rash for a couple of days now.
