Guest guest
Yes, I guess it can be possible to avoid aluminum, but that can be difficult to do as well. There are so many hidden places for it in our society. If you ever eat anywhere but at home, you probably eat food which was cooked in aluminum. There are many, many toxins that have infiltrated every corner of our society. When my daughter was ill with environmental illness, the only water she could drink was Aquafina - and that only came in plastic, which she had lots of difficulty with. In fact, when she bought the water she would transfer it to glass to avoid any more off-gassing of the plastic, because she would react to the plastics. It is amazing how very intertwined our society is with the toxins out there. It is virtually impossible to completely avoid them, even when you lock yourself up in your house with air purifiers running full speed, filters on your water supply, all organic cleaners, etc. My daughter, at one point, had to do that, and yet the outside world could still get in. A fire across town could affect her, even with the air filters running and her house all sealed up. Thank goodness she no longer deals with that! I am glad that there are indeed ways that the body can flush the toxins out, not the least of which is using an abundant supply of water in your diet. Anyway, I'm way off subject now, so I'll quit rambling. Kat --- Joy <smjlists wrote: Well, it is definately possible to avoid aluminum - it is a matter of choice. Mail - You care about security.
