Guest guest
Actually, Mark, we agree on a lot more than you seem to believe. I believe we both agree that water is very important in the diet. I believe we both agree the closer the food you eat is to its natural form the better it is for you. I believe we both agree that organic food is better for you and that genetically modified foods are bad news. In fact, Mark, I believe the only major place we disagree is regarding meat versus vegan diet, and that controversy will stand for all time, because the way one person interprets a study versus the way another does can cause discussions and arguments for an eternity (flawed is in the eye of the beholder). The source I cited is well documented and all the studies it used are listed there, so it is easy to look up and research where and how they obtained the information. I always wind up back at one question when it comes to a vegan diet versus one including animals. If animals should not be consumed by humans, why is it that the flesh of not one single animal is poisonous to man, and yet 75% of the plants on this planet are?
