Mark is right, but there is one more thing I'd like to add in favor of the

red wine. While we all know that for healthy food digesting we shouldn't

drink during our meal and some while afterwards, coz we actually deluting

enzime concentration . But it is ok to drink some good quality red wine

during a dinner fo it is helping in digesting due to having enzimes in it.

If I'm not mistaken the French are eating that way for centuries and have a

long tradition connected to the red wine.

beneficial. These dark colorants are also in blueberries, bilberry.eggplant

etc. You are much better off eating blueberries or drinking or eating grapes

than to drink wine. While drinking red wine does have this benefit because

of these bioflavonoids, it also has many more health risks, that have not

been presented in this article. MARK

Each additional glass of red wine consumed per week showed a statistically

significant 6% drop in the risk of developing prostate cancer. This effect

was not found for beer or liquor. The study is published in the January 1st,

2005 issue of the International Journal of Cancer.

Resveratrol and Grape Seed OPCs, ingredients lacking in beer and liquor.

These wine ingredients have tremendous health benefits.
